This is my cat, named kelty. She’s a sottish fold/ British short hair mix.
She has this tendency to sit like this along with other weird positions.
And fall asleep like that, when she’s not following me around the house like a dog would do.

I think the LA Times uses a different definition of “unflattering” to me. I use it to mean “does not look good”, but they use it to describe the opposite.
